Upgrading

1. Make sure to save the configuration (%%appRoot%%/views/followup.html, previous version: %%appRoot%%/followup.html)
2. Replace everything from the installation parts. (VBA, JavaScript e.t.c.)
3. In some version switches you'll have to update the structure of the configuration in the followup.html file. Make sure to double check that and make sure that it follows the new structure. Suggestion is that you copy parts of your configuration to a brand new config.
